Darkest Desire Dark Chocolates is a dark chocolate webshop. We collect and sell the best quality luxury chocolate bars and couvertures.

Collected personal data
Product reviews
On product review submission our shop system records the IP address and a unique hashed ID of the reviewer. After accepting the review, the text of the review and the profile picture of the reviewer can be seen in our webshop.
Media
When a registered user uploads a picture the EXIF data is available to every visitor, thus EXIF data should be erased before uploading pictures.
Conact forms
Datas on the contact forms are stored beacuse of quality assurance purpose.
Cookies
On comment submission the name, e-mail, and web site address are stored in a cookie. Cookies expire after 1 year.
We use cookies that stores infiormation about a visitors cookie decision.
After logging in our webshop system creates multiple cookies to store login and other user profile related information (in a secure way). The login cookies expire after 2 days. When “Remember me” option is ON, cookies expire after 2 weeks. After logging out these cookies are deleted.
Other 3rd party datas
Our webshop may use 3rd party embedded contents (videos, pictures, articles). The behaviour of the 3rd party cookies are similar to visiting the originatig sites.
Analytics
Our webshop uses Google Analytics services and cookies. The purpose of these cookies are to make better and more customized user experience for our customers.
Newsletter
Our visitors can subscribe to our newsletter. The e-mail and nick name is stored in our database. Our e-mail service provider is Amazon SES.

How long personal data is stored?
Comments and commentors data is kept in our webshop for an indefinite period.
Data of our registered customers is stored in their user profile. System administrators can also see these information.
User rights about their own data and profile
Registered customers may ask for data export of their personal data or they may ask for complete deletion of their profile and personal data. However we must keep some data (orders, invoices, visitor information) for security and tax purposes.
